The Pukeko hub has been learning about, and celebrating Matariki by learning a new waiata to know the Māori star names, and through artwork. Here are some examples of our artwork. Please visit the Pukeko Hub to see them all on the wall in all their sparkly glory.

This term the whole school has been learning about, and celebrating Matariki. The Pukeko Nest celebrated by learning a new dance, making beautiful artwork, and sharing kai with their big buddies from Toroa.

The whole school got a sneak preview of our Kapa Haka's first performance in their new uniforms!

Kia ora Marshland whānau, This term all tamariki will be learning, building on, and practising their pepehā. A pepehā is a way of introducing ourselves in te reo Māori. To introduce ourselves we should tell the story of how we arrived here, and the story does not start with ourselves!!!
